Update: Dewey has been adopted!! He is now living a wonderful and safe life. We launched this national campaign on The Rescue Show in honor of a dog named Dewey. His condition was caused by his human. This dog here is Cosmo, he's a Newfoundland that also suffered at the hands of someone he trusted. We also believe someone knew about this, but some reason didn't report it. It could be that they feared repercussion. That stops here. We are providing a safe place to report abuse without fear of the abuser learning your Identity. You can report abuse in the 48 continental United States.
